1. Who we are

fandono.com is operated by FANDONO, based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Products are fan-made collectibles designed and manufactured in-house.

2. Fan art & trademarks

FANDONO products are fan art: original sculpts and designs inspired by the series we love. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the rights holders of any referenced series. Character names and series titles are used only to describe which fandom a piece celebrates. If you are a rights holder with a concern, contact us and we'll respond promptly.

3. Orders & pricing

• Prices for delivery within India are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable.
• International orders are priced higher than Indian orders — the difference covers cross-border payment processing, currency conversion and export handling. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.
• Prices shown in a non-INR currency are calculated from daily exchange rates. Where your order is billed in INR, your card issuer performs the final conversion and small differences from the displayed estimate can occur.
• An order is confirmed when payment is verified by Razorpay.
• Made-to-order pieces enter the print queue after payment; lead times are shown on each product page.
• We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil to our standard.

4. Custom Lab commissions

• Sculpt proofs are free; production begins only after you approve the proof and pay.
• After approval, changes require a new proof and may change the price.
• We may decline commissions that are hateful, illegal, or infringe another person's privacy or likeness without their consent.
• Commissions are one-of-one: we don't resell or reuse personal commissions.

5. Liability

Our products are display collectibles, not toys — small parts and points. Not suitable for children under 6. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
