- Name, phone number, email and shipping address at checkout
- Payment confirmation from Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or banking details
- Photos, references and text you send for Custom Lab commissions
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram
- Basic device and usage data (via cookies) to keep the site working well
- An approximate country derived from your IP address on your first visit — used once to preselect a display currency (only the currency preference is stored, as a cookie you can change with the currency switcher at any time)
2. How we use it
- Making, shipping and tracking your orders
- Sending order updates on WhatsApp and email
- Sculpting and producing Custom Lab commissions
- Drop alerts and offers — only if you opted in, and you can leave anytime
- Improving the store experience
3. Custom commission materials
Photos and references you send for a commission are used solely to produce your piece. Personal commissions are never resold, reused for other customers, or published without your explicit permission. If you'd like us to delete your references after delivery, say the word and it's done.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services required to fulfil your order: Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (delivery name, address, phone) and our order-management system. Each receives only what it needs.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email or WhatsApp us and we'll sort it within 7 days.
