Everything ships from our workshop in Kozhikode, Kerala, in rigid boxes with foam protection — figures and lamps are packed like they owe us money.
1. Timelines
- In-stock items: dispatched within 24 hours.
- Printed-to-order items: the lead time on the product page (typically 2–6 days) plus transit.
- Custom Lab commissions: timeline agreed with you on WhatsApp before payment.
- Transit: 2–7 days within India; international typically 7–21 days depending on destination and customs — all via tracked India Post.
2. Charges
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the order weight, at India Post rates (inclusive of GST).
- Domestic orders ship by Speed Post; international orders by India Post International — both tracked.
- The exact shipping charge is always shown before payment. Destinations we can't quote online can be arranged over WhatsApp.
- International parcels are shipped delivery-duties-unpaid: any import duty, VAT or customs fee charged by your country is the recipient's responsibility.
3. Tracking
Your tracking link lands on WhatsApp (and email, if provided) the moment your parcel is picked up. If a parcel looks stuck, message us — we chase the courier so you don't have to.
4. Damage in transit
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We reprint and reship at our cost — no forms, no return shipping, no debate.
