Refund and Returns Policy

 Thank you for shopping with Fandono. We strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. Please read our   Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.


1. General Policy

 

 Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately   cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

 

 Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items with hygiene concerns (e.g., masks, intimate wear)

  • Services or design charges once initiated


3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

 

 Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day return window


4. Refund Process

 

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit   will  be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

 

 If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank processing time may vary

  4. If still unresolved, contact us at contact@fandono.com


6. Sale Items

 

 Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or discounted orders are not eligible for refund unless they are defective or   damaged.


7. Exchanges

 

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at contact@fandono.com with photos and   a description of the issue.


8. Shipping Returns

 

 To return a product, you must ship it to:
 Fandono, 2nd Floor, Limra Tower, 65/1151, Panicker Road, West Nadakkave, Kozhikode, Kerala 673011, India

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


9. Cancellation Policy

 

 Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
